While women entrepreneurs strive for their million; sweat equity, financial hurdles, passion, perserverance, mentoring and networking tops the list to work alongside our male counterparts, as the Chicago Tribune reports.

Yet, Anne Fisher, Contributor for FORTUNE Small Business nicely reports women’s obvious strides in the business arena, along with the alternative view that some (and I’d argue–many) women entrepreneurs opt *not* to reach the millionaire-mark for the happy, comfortable lifestyle their present business affords them.
