Time for a nap!
Need a nap? Then, take it!
Research published today shows that a mid-day nap is:
- good for your heart,
- reduces stress,
- takes people away from unhealthy habits (i.e., overeating, smoking, and not exercising regularly), and
- helps companies remain profitable.
Geez…and I thought my warm, cozy covers was a good enough reason!
So, grab your child and cuddle up to a mid-day nap together!
