Now, don’t I wish I had an easy-one-stop-shop for homes right now…

Don’t get me started…if you didn’t know I was a Top Producing Real Estate agent (foreclosures & short sales specialist), my mom has been in the biz for dozen + years (retired into doing real estate full-time), and tons of my family are in the biz, uncles, aunts, (hubby & bro at one moment in time)…etc. So I have all the resources to find our “dream home”…but let me just say, I’m NOT looking for a dream home…I’m just looking for a “home”–period.

Seeking an apartment? roomate? or sublet?

So, if one site like roomster can be an up & coming “leader in online apartment, sublet & roommate hunting because of their features (google maps, last member login, quick messages, quick links, IM & apts to share) ease of use, and large active membership”..geez…at least one-website is making life alittle bit easier these days for people!

And, these “people” the ideal target market I gather would be college and graduate students, single bachelors/bachelorettes, traveling gypsees (which my hubby and I totally were until daughter #1 came ’round)…this is a WAY cool website/online database & community.

Their database includes but not limited to the U.S., Canada & European countries. Now, I have a TON of real estate investors, property managers, etc…this would totally be a GREAT place for you to list your available properties, rooms, and vacation rentals here!

“Vacation rentals”…oh, the pleasure of being on the coast-line…once settled, I know we look forward to investing ourselves and roomster will be a cool place to find the ideal clientele.

By the way, students are the best rental clients! They are not “too” mobile: at least fo the school year, they sometimes can even have their parents or school financial aid departments make direct deposits of the rent checks, paid-on-time, in-full. If you live here in the coast line, you can get them to pay the full 12-months, or JUST the school year months, if you can make more money in the summer? Students rock! I was a rockin’ responsible student, and loved helping my real estate investors find rockin’ responsible students for them.

I anticipate great things for roomster!
