What Everyone Ought to Know about Online Public Relations

I found a new buddy in Matt at The Copywriters’ Crucible. His near-perfect writing abilities are so impressive, and his obvious love for his new-found profession: Online Copywriting, is evident in his highly-detailed and well-researched posts.
Here’s my run down of what everyone ought to know about Online Public Relations:
1. Understand the boom in online Public Relations/ PR and online copywriting. Follows perfectly with Copywriting being one of the 5 top Professions in demand in 2007.
2. Understand the debate: SEO vs. Online PR. I always understood the difference. Therefore, I’ve given you options to find your middle ground:
a. Utilize the freelance/ghost writing services, or
b. Learn how-to copywrite with theses FREE Copywriting Tips.
3. How-to utilize your blog to offer your online PR and copywriting skills:
a. Determine your brand. And offer impeccable customer service!
I believe it’s “better late than never”.
There was some unfinished business that struck right when my hands and feet started to lose feelings and sensations.
Fortunately*, I was offline for the entire timeframe, so I was unreachable by this party. Upon my return online, I wrote a personal email explaining myself, and a quick response came back with my “obvious” women entrepreneur work ethnic, empowerment-by-example; and was appreciated for my explanation. Now, we’re networking pals, better than when we first started.
[* = See, what may seem “unfortunate” is truly fortunate after all.

I started a series that I ran in my best-seller: Ponn’s Personals here on my blog. I share quirky personal stories to illustrate my point, but also share heart-to-heart realizations in myself, my limitations, flaws and much more.
Matt has is work cut out for him and has a loyal subscriber in me. Can’t remember how I found him…possibly a “search”; but darn glad I did.
4. Jump on the bandwagon now!
- Key report to review.
- A beautiful “new view” of Google.
W.E. (women entrepreneurs) will be sharing a bunch more on this “Online PR” topic as it evolves in time with “my” take on the situation…and sharing Matt’s views.
After all, free publicity via Public Relations has always been a dear technique to me
