Today is Tuesday, March 10, 2007 and here’s our latest EmpowerWomenNow.com website/blog statistics:

1. After being offline for 11 months, blogging again January 19, 2007…I regained Alexa ranking on March 9, 2006 with a breakthrough 5.6 million. Late last night, 30-days later, I broke 1 million (exactly where I left off a year ago) to:

879,296 overall. With my lowest 1-week average of 229,878.

I look forward to adding my alexa bar at the 3 month-point hopefully when the two numbers meet.

[Update: Since the alexa ranking went up another ~100,000 (lowest) to date, I decided to put the ranking button up, so we can all watch our community climb!]

2. W.E. (women entrepreneurs) are visiting from 33 countries, up from 25 two-weeks ago. We’re viewed in 11 different foreign languages!

3.On March 15th, when we moved over to WordPress was when I started testing and tracking data. With each week we increased the number of unique daily visitors from 60/day to 160/day and since Friday we over 202/day.

4. Today, April 10 (in 10-days) we’ve already exceeded the number of page views and unique visitors then we did the whole month of March 15-31 (16 days). With only signs of increasing numbers!

5. W.E. have over 260 RSS feedreaders/email subscribers, 60 ezine subscribers (basically we’re starting all over)…and in one-week increased our return visitors from 11-percent to 29-percent!

6. We’ve increased our comments/trackbacks big time. You guys rock!

7. By changing some ad copy, in one-day increased our customer-click-through-rate from our homepage from 3-percent to 51-percent!

8. The last 2.5 weeks, I’ve spent less time at the computer since I returned online…mostly due to a horrible relapse in bad symptoms. I’m obviously advocating–working wisely not just hard.

9. As for search engine ranking on Yahoo, Google and MSN…we top the charts if not meet all top-keywords and phrases on Page #1.

10. Remember, we’re following Yaro’s 1000 subscribers/1000 unique visitors blog goals in 6-months. That’s 4.2 subscribers and unique visitors added each day…we’re well within scheduled range. But, W.E. (women entrepreneurs) continue to need your presence, support and help in spreading the news, OKay!?

So, what do I attribute this success?

- Powerful Networking

The blogosphere is a perfect medium for powerful networking, via comments/trackbacks, contests, memes, contact via email, subscriptions to RSS feeds and/or ezine. I’ve never even had a BlogRoll until this week…it’s critical to our success to give credit where its due. I know mine is sure to grow!

- SEO Tips Marathon

Implementing sound basic Search Engine Optimization techniques–even if you’re a computer-dummy like me

- Online Public Relations

Understanding this boom in online copywriting and public relations/publicity methods, getting in on the ground-breaking technology, learn these basic fundamentals and be a desirable resource for others to hire (or at least listen too).

- Personal Empowerment: My brand and originality.

Be Your Best Self! Find your voice, tone, style. I personally like the conversational, fun, easy-to-read, yet authoritative, professional tone…and it works for me and my readers. It comes easily too, so I stick with it. What’s your voice!?

- Testing, Tracking and Adjusting Accordingly

Know who, what, when, how much your readers read, where they come in and exit…where they stick around, what topics ‘grab conversations’, etc. The more you know about your market, the better you can cater to their needs, desires, interests and build a community based on being their top-resource!
