How Strong is Your Personal Internet Brand?

EmpowerWomenNow.com avantar/faviconYa gotta take this totally awesome Online Identity Quiz via this Online Identity Calculator.

Phew! I scored a 10 outta 10 for “Ponn Sabra”.

Now, I first found this tool back during in July during bed-rest…and it took me some hard searching to find it again–but, thanks to Robert Cuesta I finally re-found it :)

And, while at his Personal Branding blog, I have to share total agreement with his initial intro. to this tool’s post.

In Brief, for anyone who scores low–rather than moan & groan or witch & bine; take this as an opportunity to grow, work wisely and move forward to strengthen your score.

Robert makes another valid point:

What’s not to understand? What’s to whine about?

If anything–you should be proud of your score–and start building your Internet Branding Strategy that’s as diversified as well…a perfect score of 10.

Not to pat my back to hard–but, I’ve been working my tail off the past 3 years, which gave me a best-seller, syndicated column, and the Authority to Share my various tips, tools & resources so you too can achieve where I am today!

Will it take you 3-years?

No way! One-year–definitely, and 3-6 months if you’re truly motivated!

And, why do I say this so firmly–well, for one, I’m not very healthy and this has always been a hobby/part-time gig for me [my online biz]:

- I was offline for 2 months in 2007 (but, developed a system that didn’t show I was *really* offline), I was offline for 11 months in 2006, and offline for 5 months in 2005 all due to my progressively worsening brain disorder that now finds myself disabled and with partial paralysis.

- A ton of my success occured strictly by following verbatim Yaro Starak when I moved my 2.5 year old blogger blog to WordPress on March 15, 2007! Blog Mastermind is THAT good! Read my extensive reviews here.

- I am the Master/Mistress of Internet Branding for Women Entrepreneurs, Home Based Entrepreneurs, and Small Business Owners. My entire 52-steps eBook shares exactly how, why and where you can build your Internet Brand via simple and consistent internet marketing techniques–that I planted throughout the years–and only now seeing the fruits of my labor. [Yes, the same eBook I wrote over a year ago–and everything still applies!]

So, rest assured that in the upcoming 3-months (1-quarter) September, October & November I will unveil each and every bit of juiciness so you too can take one-step at-a-time, one-week at-a-time…and build a sustainable & profitable online business–strictly designed on your own Personal Internet Brand!

So, is that a deal worth sticking around for?!

If not…you know my contests, gifts and offers will continuly keep your attention my way, right!? ;-)

Oh, yes–and there’s always this disclaimer in the resulting score even for 10/10:Online Identity Calculator

Your online identity score is 10 out of a possible score of 10.

Congratulations. You are digitally distinct. This is the nirvana of online identity. Keep up the good work, and remember that your Google results can change as fast as the weather in New England. So, regularly monitor your online identity. Read Chapter 11 of Career Distinction: Stand Out by Building Your Brand for more ideas on how to continue to build your brand online.

My score has stayed strong for 2 months–and you bet your bottom–I will not get lazy (as if I have a lazy bone in my bony-body…). I, too, will continue doing what I’ve been doing–because it ‘ain’t broke at all, I stick with it! [It = My Internet Branding Techniques].

So, what’s Your Online ID Score? Are Happy? Sad? What areas do you want help in Right Now!?

  1. You get out what you put in. Personal Branding is about investing a lot of time upfront and then reaping the long-term benefits of your newly established brand.

I can’t agree with you more!

Thanks for stopping by & supporting my belief that planting our Internet Branding seeds one-at-a-time, will, in fact, blossom & bloom in due time–when its ripe & the timing is ever-so-perfect (set by others) *not* ourselves.

Hope you’ll stick around and share my proven tips, tools & resources to your editors, staff & readers ;-)

    I’m honored by your presence!

  3. I do my best to present my internet self. I know there is more to do I am also trying to work on promoting outside the house too! I got my cute little business cards remind me and I’ll send one to you! they are super duper adorable!

  4. Amanda
    So, what was your score?

I see the only possible problem I envision with your score would be that you never use your “Amanda Harris” and you have a popular name; so just a quick google search I don’t even think the Amanda Harris behind PJMommy.com was/is present.

If it’s fame you’re searching for–the Founder/Owner of PJMommy.com, then we have to start reading more about “Amanda Harris”.

Yes, send over some biz cards. My Toledo addy in the contact page will make its way to me still!

  5. I recently joined an internet marketing business called Wealth Magnet System One of the first things they try and teach is to brand yourself! It takes time…….. but it works!

    Hi!

“One of the first things they try and teach is to brand yourself!”

hee hee…hopefully, if its the 1st-step they teach you “how-to” as well. LOL Just kidding ;-)

“Branding” is critical to any entrepreneur’s or small business owner’s success–afterall, its the 1 and only thing that makes you different than your competitors and colleagues, right!?

Now, it’s Branding on the “Internet” that I’ve made/am making my name so prominent.

    Howzit goin’ 4 u?

  7. Great calculator- More of a fun thing for me as my “mommy site” isn’t really for the purpose of money :) I got a 10 though! I largely credit that to being in the blogging world 3 years and using an incredibly uncommon internet identity, I have found people either love it or hate it :)

My bigger branding concern is my Not china made dot net site. Just to promote the cause and inform. Luckily I do use my internet identity there so the google love transfers at times :)

I think I’m going to join your PR contest for that blog…

    Great post!

  8. Mommy Zabs
SO love the name BTW :-)

This is a great calculator, and something I’ll refer to more often re: Internet Branding–so Congrats!

    Very interesting stuff at

Like I knew about this–but, like you said, promoting this cause and informing others is a noble cause you’ve taken on! Great design too!

There’s No PR Contest going on right now…but, if you haven’t taken advantage of the PRWeb.com FREE $200 Press Release, this will definitely help give that site more visibility!

The present contest is for 3-month free business coaching!
She’s a life/biz coach, so whatever stage you are in your blogging career–expansion possibly (since you’ve been on for over 3 years)…go for it!

  9. Woot! I got a 10! The last time I took it, I got a 9, I think. I must have squeezed out some of those “impostor me”s.

Do you plan on writing more about establishing your personal brand? I wrote recently about working on your blog’s brand; how do you think that differs from building your personal brand (if at all)?

(Side note: I switched from Blogger to WordPress exactly one week after you did!)

  10. Jordan
MamaBlogga…yeee hah! hee hee you rock!

Funny you should ask! As the #1 ranked Internet Branding resource for Women Entrepreneurs and Home Based Entrepreneurs…its my duty to focus solely on this subject, allowing you and your biz to get the online visibility and profitability it deserves!

I feel there’s a TON of great stuff out there about “establishing one’s Personal Brand”…I will specifically discuss how to do this on the Internet, here online! And, woo hoo…it’s faster & cheaper in the methodologies…simple ( not easy)…but once it (your Internet Brand) hits–nothin’ stoppin’ ya babe!

Without sharing ALL the details…stay posted, sign-up for my ezine & RSS Feed, because this month I’m dedicated my efforts on Online Publicity, but Oct. 1st - 11th my Internet Branding series will begin and end it a free eBook for your reading pleasure…and that’s ONLY the beginning of what’s in store for “Internet Branding” as a topic!

    GOOOO WordPress!
