Are you a Body Bath Junky?
Well, I’ve never been a Home-Body-Bath Chick…but, truth be told: it’s time to pay attention!
I always loved spas, facials, etc. but, I’d rather have others pamper me. Even routine waxing is pleasurable for me! But, since motherhood took over my schedule, I do *not* get out as much as if ever.
Anyways, I’ve been paying close attention this past year with my new drug therapy. I’m extremely dehydrated all the time, and I drink 8-12 glasses of water a day! My skin has aged greatly; and my fatigued has really done my skin in.

I’ve always had bad acne. However, I’ve found that reducing junk food intake has given me a clearer complexion. Perhaps there’s some truth to the relationship between chocolate and acne.
Eating lots of leaffy veggies and drinking lots of water can also cleanse our bodies from all the junkfood we eat..
