Del.icio.us For Beginners

  • Private: The Several Habits of Wildly Successful del.icio.us Users
    • I have a pop-up blocker, so I can’t install the widget. Urgh! So, I’m cutting and pasting the URLs myself…not as easy as StumbleUpon’s handy toolbar.
  • Here’s an option: WordPress Del.icio.us Plugin. Bookmarks made public…hmm…now, that I’m cleaning up my sidebars, now my title pages are getting crowded above. OR this LinkRoll Option.
    • Are you interested in knowing what I’m bookmarking–Directly here at my blog? Kind of like my StumbleUpon Saturday post? Does it help you want to join my network or stay posted with what I’m reading…since I can *not* post everything I possibly read!
    • How do we find our friends? No, like our “real” friends. Wendy = eMom is easy. Darren = Problogger another no-brainer. I’m always plain old “ponnsabra”…
    • But, then like StumbleUpon, I find other friends in their networks. But, at least I can find Top Stumblers, friends of friends, those who visit my pages at StumbleUpon, etc. How do I grow my network? We have to know everyone’s usernames. How? Here are a bunch of networking friends willing to share!
      • Yay, yay…I know. Build my bookmarks, and others will find me. But, I want to find others too. Any other ideas?
